The Polynesian pork salad was a big bowl of fantastic flavor-filled freshness. The fries were crispy, the Mac n' cheese waffle was rich and delicious and the baked beans were "the best baked beans" our friend had ever had. And he's a Texan!! I also loved the sauce bar. It was fun to try the different sauces from blackberry BBQ to Austin to a Spicy Salsa inspired kicker (my hubby's favorite!). Thank you for the great exerience, Madera! We can't wait to go back!

Really liked the industrial decoration which gives the restaurant a cool ambiance. I tried the brisket and the ribs and loved them both! Tender, juicy, and full of flavor. I highly recommend Madera!
